Defines, designs and implements creative visual merchandising strategies
Conduct Visual Planning Calendar in conjunction with Brand Partner and in-line with the Marketing Calendar
Issues visual displays for all brands within brand directorate, in line with brands’ standards and guidelines
Creates appealing and eye-catching in-store displays (i.e., window displays, signs, interior displays, etc…)
Owns communication with Brand Partner on visual guideline discussions; ensures alignment with Brand Partner on seasonal changes, sales events and promotional activities
Ensures timely and effective implementation across brands (and stores) of the latest visual guidelines by coordinating with the Ops team
Conducts market research (on customer lifestyles, demographics, and design trends) and competitor store visits to extract visual guidelines best practices and to ensure competitiveness against local market and players
Provide on-the-job training and orientation to Visual Merchandisers
Develops marketing plan and strategy, with the support of the Brand Directorate
Ensures implementation of marketing plan and follows up on campaign effectiveness
Coordinates with Social Media / Digital team on BD online plans and needs
