Duties and Responsibilities :

  • answering telephone calls

  • arranging appointments

  • typing and word processing
  • filing
  • organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • managing databases
  • prioritizing workloads
  • recruiting, training and supervising junior staff
  • handling correspondence
  • implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • liaising with relevant organisations
  • coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

Required Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field 

1-5 years of experience
