Job Purpose:

Having a mindset beyond sales and having the attitude of building a business. Providing first-class sales to clients through pre-approach, approach, presenting, answering objections, closing the sale, and obtaining new referrals for the next sales. Acting as an expert in selling the company products that meet clients’ needs, solves problems, and contribute to clients’ desires of having a competitive edge over competition.

Job Duties:

  • Demonstrate advanced products knowledge and advanced sales knowledge.
  • Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales. Generate new leads and scan the markets for prospects, evaluate opportunities of such prospects, and prepare for approaching them.
  • Make sales appointments with clients.
  • Meet with clients to provide the service by listening more than speaking in order to understand clients’ needs and then find solution(s) that can be sold to clients.
  • Deliver more than (s)he promises, and always promise a lot.
  • Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product.
  • Work with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies.
  • Adheres to any and all Company policies and procedures.
  • Time-Oriented, Friendly, People Person, Great Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

Qualities of Experience:

  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in sales. Consultation experience before sales is a plus.
  • Have experience in Business to Business sales. Experience in selling intangible solutions / products (i.e. CRM) is a plus.
  • Have experience in one or more industries as a business to business salesperson to such industries / sectors: Financial, retail or medical/health sector.
  • Have experience in working with accounts in different countries and regions. Willing to travel for any regional sales visits.
  • Good negotiating skills to secure sales that represent profitable business to the Company.
  • A minimum education of a bachelor’s.
  • Speak, read, and write fluent business English and Arabic.
