Job Description

-  Responsible of developing, maintaining marketing and selling plan to meet

company objectives and targets.

-  Evaluating of customer requirement and market conditions.

-  Identifying market volume and company current market share percentage

(government, malls, villas …etc.)

-  Analyses market information.

-  Responsible of sourcing new projects /customers.

-  Build an efficient and professional relationship in coordination with the

management for potential clients, contractors, consultants, government sectors,

etc….) and to reinforce the spirit of partnership.

-  Maintaining and keeping all working records.

-  Develop /maintain company clients’ database.

-  Responsible of preparing submittals, quotations, offers, etc.

-  Prepare all required reports and statistics on the activity (including visit reports) in

a timely and accurate manner.

-  Responsible of pre estimating of the projects.

-  Responsible of preparing cost sheets and to estimate unit price for our services

based on market, expenses and profit.

-  Responsible of following up all the L/C’s, bank guarantee and related payments.

-  Coordinating with projects and operation divisions to accomplish the required to

close the sales.

-  Coordinating with account section.

-  To do all other assigned tasks.

-  Reporting to maintenance manager.

Required Qualification

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

-  3 – 7 years experience
