Job Description

Store Management:

Accountable for achieving or exceeding Brand Directorate sales targets across assigned region’s stores through periodic performance reviews, taking practical and appropriate actions and directing team of Area Managers

Develops a weekly action plan for his/her assigned region with the support of the Ops Manager

Regularly visits stores in the assigned Region to ensure effective running of day-to-day operations and to solve any issues faced

Manages the implementation of visual merchandising & marketing guidelines/standards in line with the Brand partner policies and standards, through coordination with the Visual Planner and the management of Visual Merchandisers

Staff Management:

Manage manpower performance and development of field team (Area Managers and Visual Merchandisers) within the assigned region

Leads the recruitment of Area Managers and Visual Merchandisers and ensures that all new staff receive effective training

Develops a weekly Store Visit Plan schedule for his/her Area Managers and Visual Merchandisers

Manages and motivates Area Managers, ensuring in-store standards are well-implemented and operations run smoothly

Tracks staff productivity across the network of stores by tracking monthly Productivity reports; summarizing the sales per SQM, Sales per Staff, vacancies etc…  (by store)

Process & Procedures:

Ensures store operational procedures and business practices are implemented across the network of stores
