Job Description

Sales & Cost Management:

Contribute to setting and delivering on the brand directorate’s business plan – focusing on sales, cost control and people

Identify market opportunities that will enhance and ensure a leading position within KSA

Store Management:

Tracks brand performance across brand directorate’s network of stores by tracking daily, weekly, and monthly reports; summarizing the brand’s sales, transactions, items per transactions, value per transaction, etc…  (by store)

Responsible for operational execution of all campaigns and store activities

Responsible for development and execution of weekly store performance action plans

Guarantee the correct image of the store: window, visual displays, zoning, fitting room, stockroom, replenishment, tills and back office

Regularly visits stores to ensure effective running of day-to-day operations and to solve any issues faced

Staff Management:

Manage manpower performance and development

Ensure identification of training requirements and ensure that succession plans are delivered within store and field staff

Communicate with Ops. team on a daily basis to track performance, identify and solve issues, define action plans, and gather feedback

Responsible for the recruitment and staffing of the overall Ops. team

Process & Procedures:

Continuously review operational procedures and business practices to achieve the highest standards in operational efficiency
