Job Description

  • Work with all departments to understand recruitment needs, and set a comprehensive recruitment strategy accordingly
  • Setup relationships with recruitment companies, universities, and Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) to ensure proper sourcing and selection of candidates
  • Perform ‘Round 1’ interviews for proper candidate screening and short-listing
  • Manage personnel files and ensure all proper documentation is maintained and up to date
  • Oversee employee evaluation process and performance-based compensation
  • Review and improve all existing company forms and policies and procedures based on best practices
  • Ensure proper procedures are followed during employee onboarding and exit (assets under custody, clearance of liability, etc.)
  • Manage all company telecom bills and subscription plans

Required Qualification

-4+ years in Human Resources; including recruitment and personnel management

-Excellent command of English and Arabic is a must
