- Set the strategy and KPIs for each division, in line with company vision and major objectives
- Manage the performance of all divisions and ensure achievement of their targets to guarantee solid yearly growth
- Review and evaluate all policies and procedures in the company to emulate best practices and maintain high team performance and company morale
- Evaluate the performance of all division managers and their teams, and cultivate a solid training and mentoring program to leverage their abilities
- Set the budget for personnel, expenditures, and investments
- Support division managers by establishing strategic relationships with key current and potential customers and vendors
- Report to top management with weekly and monthly status updates and comprehensive reports
20+ years of experience in the Healthcare field.
Must have a proven track record with international healthcare companies or regional trading companies .
Must have at least 5+ years experience as General Manager or Division Manager
